As 53,000 Repossessions Predicted For 2010 Debt Release Direct Offers Help

BURY, ENGLAND, March 14, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A recent report published by the Council for Mortgage Lenders (CML) shows that the number of repossessions in the UK increased by 15 per cent in 2009, in comparison to figures from 2008.

Over the last 12 months, 46,000 properties were repossessed in the UK compared to 40,000 in 2008. If this trend is anything to go by then the number is surely set to increase in 2010, which has been predicted by the CML. These are worrying statistics for Britain, which is already suffering high unemployment rates and astonishing debt problems.
