Acclaimed Egyptian-American comic Ahmed Ahmed will be performing to audiences in Kuala Lumpur later this month.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, September 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Visitors to Kuala Lumpur will be able to enjoy a raucous comedy show by Egyptian-born funnyman Ahmed Ahmed this month.
 
The US-based stand-up will be giving a live performance in the Malaysian capital on September 23rd as part of the LOL Comedy Stars Series, with the show due to kick off at 20:30 local time.
 
Ahmed is known for his incendiary sense of humour and is coming fresh off the back of his successful Axis of Evil comedy tour, as well as the summer 2011 launch of Just Like Us, his debut as a film director.
 
The comic is known to international audiences from appearances in hit movies such as Iron Man, Swingers and You Don't Mess With the Zohan, while he is also a regular on US TV.
 
Tickets for Ahmed's show start at 118 ringgits (GBP24.60) in price, with the most expensive seats costing 258 ringgits.
 
Local TV presenter and actress Sarimah Ibrahim will be the host for the evening, while Malaysian comic Andrew Netto will be the support act.
