Core Assets Group Gains Place in Stonewall List of Gay-Friendly Employers for 2nd Year Running
The Core Assets Group, supported by 360 diversity, has been placed within the Stonewall Top 100 Gay-Friendly Employers 2012 for a consecutive year.
WORCESTERSHIRE, ENGLAND, January 25, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Core Assets Group, supported by 360 diversity, has been placed within the Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2012 for a consecutive year. The Stonewall list is compiled of the top 100 gay-friendly employers in the UK, promoting employers who are striving to create positive working environments for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) employees. The Core Assets Group was positioned 60th in 2011, they have now moved up 19 positions to 41st place.
With over 80 offices throughout the UK and offices internationally, 360 diversity has been instrumental in breaking down geographical barriers enabling the Core Assets Group to support their staff wherever they are located. Making use of such an innovative tool has helped them to adhere to their equality and diversity policy obligations.
The Core Assets Group has also gained recognition globally for their approach to equality and diversity. They have been placed 9th in the Stonewall global workplace index and are up there with the likes of Ernst & Young, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Simmons & Simmons.
